Because Cohortly helps facilitate real-world group experiences, we may share limited participant information with members of the same cohort you choose to join.

  • Arrival/check-in status
  • Contact information (such as phone number or email address) when reasonably necessary to coordinate the group experience

Examples may include:

  • helping members find one another at a venue
  • coordinating timing or late arrivals
  • facilitating communication before or during a meetup
  • enabling the group to continue contact if participants mutually choose to do so

We will make reasonable efforts to minimize what is shared and only disclose information we believe is helpful or necessary to facilitate the cohort experience.

We cannot control how other participants use information once shared with them.
